Overview

NTI Connect LLC is seeking a Hyperscale Data Center Estimator to join their team in Carrollton, Texas. The role involves estimating costs for products and services within various departments while thriving in a supportive, open-door company culture that values professional growth. The Estimator will be responsible for gathering financial information, analyzing project costs, and preparing detailed reports to assist in budget preparation, ensuring accurate cost forecasts and documentation.

Key responsibilities

  • Estimate the cost of new and proposed products and services
  • Analyze changes to the products and services provided
  • Gather accounting documentation such as financial statements and journal entries
  • Provide detailed reports including breakdowns of project costs and forecasts of remaining costs
  • Document data and statistical procedures used in cost analysis
  • Assist in preparation of the annual budget to determine standard costs

Required skills

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of cost accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficient with accounting software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
  • At least three years of related experience
