Overview

Patriot Mechanical Inc is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead their service team in San Rafael, California. This role involves motivating and training staff in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to service employees
  • Involve in hiring decisions and coordinate employee schedules
  • Conduct staff meetings and training sessions
  • Evaluate performance and supervise work assignments
  • Coach and develop technicians to enhance productivity and sales skills
  • Provide sales support including onsite sales and bid writing assistance
  • Assist with technician dispatch based on customer needs
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints

Required skills

  • Technical HVAC experience
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting sales objectives
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Clean DMV, California Driver License
  • Advanced computer skills including Service Titan and Microsoft programs
