Overview

The HVAC Office Manager at Patriot Mechanical Inc is responsible for overseeing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role includes serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments for technicians, managing billing and financial processes, and supervising office staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
  • Coordinate and schedule technician appointments and dispatch them to service calls
  • Manage administrative tasks including data entry and maintaining records
  • Process invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable
  • Order and track parts and supplies for technicians
