Overview

John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in Fort Pierce, Florida. The role involves the installation of HVAC units with a focus on quality and safety, along with guiding and training less experienced installers.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete paperwork neatly and accurately
  • Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings
  • Guide HVAC Installer Helpers in skills and training
  • Install HVAC equipment in customers' homes with minimal supervision
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, and installation teams
  • Keep company truck clean and inventory up to date
  • Participate in training for professional development

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Air Conditioning Installation and Mechanic work
  • Proficient in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
  • Self-motivated team player with emphasis on quality workmanship
  • CFC Certification - Type I and II
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Codes
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass random drug tests
