IRC programs provide medical care, emergency food, education, and critical support in more than 40 countries and across U.S. cities.As a Humanitarian Advocate, you'll be the trusted voice in your community - engaging the public, answering questions, and inspiring support for people forced from their homes.Your Role as a Face-to-Face Fundraiser You'll help grow a community of monthly donors whose support powers lifesaving IRC work. Through personal conversations on busy streets, at events, retail locations, and in neighborhoods, you'll highlight urgent needs and show how everyone can take action. Face-to-face fundraising allows real-time engagement, builds understanding, and drives meaningful, lasting progress.What We Offer Competitive base pay ($20-$25/hour depending on market) + uncapped bonus opportunitiesFull-time positions available.
