Job Description

Overview

The Human Resources Manager at CFS will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions aimed at enhancing employee relations and engagement within the organization. This role offers flexibility and a supportive culture focused on mission impact, allowing a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support during employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and separations.
  • Update and implement new policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with leadership and staff to strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Design and enhance employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, service awards, and internal celebrations.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Paylocity HRIS, managing systems related to recruiting, onboarding, employee data, payroll, performance management, expense tracking, reporting, and offboarding.
