Key responsibilities include compliance with HR laws, policy implementation, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, performance evaluations, and staff compensation management. If you are a proactive leader with a passion for people management, we invite you to join our organization and make a meaningful impact.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goalsOversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes to attract top talentManage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolutionEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policiesDesign and administer compensation, benefits, and wellness programsLead initiatives for employee development, training, and engagementMaintain HR records and generate reports for management reviewPromote a positive workplace cultureSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferredProven experience as an HR Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalismProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Manages Human Resources activities, as appointed, in one of the following sections: compensation and records, employee benefits, the employee assistance program, HR technology and staffing services.Manages and provides overall direction to the appointed section staff.Completes special projects and establishes new policies and programs that improve overall efficiency of the human resource functions in the agency.Consults with all levels of management regarding human resources policies, procedures and programs specific to area of assignment.Performs related work as assigned. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business or public administration, human resources management or closely related field. HR Certification is preferred. (One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education.)
