Job Description

Overview

The Human Resources Generalist at CFS will play a vital role in shaping the employee lifecycle and will work closely with senior HR leadership. This position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment operations for non-exempt, temporary, and intern roles
  • Manage ATS administration, including postings, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes end to end
  • Partner with payroll leadership for accurate payroll processing and data integrity
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and people-related documentation
  • Support HR budgeting, reporting, and workforce planning initiatives

Required skills

  • Experience in people operations, HR operations, or HR management
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment administration
  • Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HR compliance processes
  • Experience partnering with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment

What the company offers

  • Salary: $85,000-$90,000
  • Location: Downtown Manhattan, 3x days onsite
