Job Summary This mid-level Human Resources (HR) Business Partner will provide high level internal-customer service and HR support to leaders and team members across various HR functions, including talent management, performance management, engagement, employer branding, offboarding, and administration of HR policies. As proficiencies develop, there are opportunities to gain skills in partnership with the Compensation and Benefits team members. Key Accountabilities Partner with hiring managers in developing accurate job descriptions and selecting relevant job skills to assist with hiring processWork with partners at all levels to develop employee communications, engagement initiatives and support retention effortsAssist with administration of workforce planning, promotions, transfers, development assignments and organizational changesSupport department wide HR initiatives, communications, special projectsPrepare, compile, maintain, and analyze data for reports and special projects Facilitate employee offboarding process and conduct exit interviewsFacilitate performance management activities, including Performance Improvement Plans and discipline administrationEnsure HR programs, policies and procedures are applied and interpreted consistentlyCollaborate with HR management on ideas, solutions, and fixes for improving the effectiveness of HR processes, policies and programsPerform tasks in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsMaintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment lawMay perform other duties as assigned Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Human Resources, Public Administration or related field3 years of job-related experience Other Requirements Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management system (ADP Workforce Now)Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with functional and business leaders, who collaborate on employee issues and decisionsPI59511ed759ac-0229
