Job Description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring environment at CFS in South Bend, Indiana. The role involves managing the entire recruiting process from job posting to the offer stage, and working closely with HR leadership on hiring events and candidate management.

Key responsibilities

  • Post open positions and monitor job posting traction and applicant activity
  • Review applications and coordinate the interview process
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
  • Schedule and support large hiring events
  • Extend job offers and coordinate background checks and drug screening instructions
  • Communicate with candidates regarding next steps in the hiring process
  • Utilize ADP Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate information
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and department managers to manage candidate flow
  • Provide on-site recruiting support and assist with overall hiring operations

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for hourly through leadership-level roles
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment
