  • Deliver rigorous, culturally responsive lessons that differentiate for student needs
  • Provide targeted tutoring and academic support during office hours
  • Foster a classroom culture grounded in cura personalis and PBIS principles
  • Participate in regular coaching cycles using the Danielson Framework
  • Engage in professional development and collaboration with colleagues
  • Model values consistent with Catholic, Jesuit education

Required skills
