Overview

The Hematology/Oncology Physician role at ATC West Healthcare Services is a full-time, outpatient position dedicated to hospital-based clinic care without inpatient responsibilities. The provider will manage a caseload of oncology and hematology patients in a supportive clinical team setting, utilizing EPIC for patient management.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care in a clinic-based setting
  • Manage approximately patients per day with a mix of 60% oncology and 40% hematology
  • Use EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
  • Collaborate with care manager RN, medical assistants, and infusion nurses

Required skills

  • Board Certification in Hematology & Oncology highly preferred
  • Washington State medical license highly preferred; IMLC accepted
  • Hematology/Oncology Fellowship required
  • DEA certification required
  • Ability to work independently in an outpatient oncology/hematology environment using EPIC EMR
