Overview

Blue World Pools, Inc. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract above-ground pool installations in Indiana. This role requires proficiency in either pool installation or precision grading, with a focus on completing quality installations without the hassle of job searching or bidding.

Key responsibilities

  • Install above-ground pools across Indiana
  • Complete quality installations efficiently
  • Maintain a full schedule to maximize earnings
  • Supervise and work with a reliable full-time helper
  • Participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading
  • Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
  • Experience operating a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
  • Ability to use transit or laser level
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance of $1,000,000

  • Average earnings of $1,400 - $1,600 per daily pool install
  • Potential to earn up to $30,000 per month
  • $500 sign-on bonus
  • Additional $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools)
  • $1,000 per week bonus for completing 5 installs in a week
