  • Manage a reliable full-time helper
  • Maintain and operate necessary equipment

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading
  • Heavy equipment operation skills
  • Access to towing vehicles and construction equipment
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • General liability insurance of $1,000,000 or ability to obtain
