The Advanced Telematics Coordinator sits at the intersection of fleet management, data analysis and operations to help keep customers fleets up and running. Compensation: Base salary + bonus potential + 401k with 6% match + profit-sharing Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Communicates with customers on equipment fault codes Organizes service calls to perform maintenance and machine repairs Onboards new customers to the benefits of the telematics portal, troubleshoots portal with existing customer Sells the customer extended warranty and preventive maintenance packages Represents company at factory, industry and company events, including meetings and training Performs all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner Desired Skills and Experience: A minimum of two years working experience in fleet operations, logistics, heavy equipment or related field.
