Health Care AssociateWe are seeking a talented and driven attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our nationally recognized Health Law practice. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of a dynamic and evolving field with a team that advises some of the country's leading health systems, physician groups, life sciences companies, and healthcare investors. The firm's nationally recognized Health Law Practice is seeking a Health Care Associate with 26 years of relevant experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier practice working with healthcare systems, life sciences companies, and major healthcare investors.As a valued member of our team, you'll handle complex matters across the regulatory, transactional, and litigation spectrum. You will be involved in:Navigating and advising clients on federal and state healthcare regulations, including fraud and abuse laws, the corporate practice of medicine, HIPAA, and reimbursement frameworks.Supporting transactions involving healthcare entities, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and compliance due diligence.Assisting in government investigations and defending enforcement actions, audits, and compliance reviews under Medicare/Medicaid and related programs.What We're Looking For:26 years of relevant experience in health law, gained at a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department.Working knowledge of key statutes and regulatory regimes, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, False Claims Act, and corporate practice doctrines.Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to building a career in healthcare law.Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.A collaborative spirit and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Skills and Certifications:Large law firm experience preferredTop academic achievementsAm law 100 experienceExcellent academic credentials GPA 3.5 and aboveApplication Requirements: Please submit your resume, law school transcript, and a recent writing sample that reflects your analytical and drafting abilities.
