Overview

Banner University Medical Center Phoenix is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible fellowship-trained Urogynecologist and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon to join its Division of Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. This role involves building clinical programs, contributing to academic growth, and providing mentorship to residents and fellows in a vibrant healthcare community.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform Urogynecologic and Gynecologic surgery
  • Manage full-spectrum female pelvic floor disorders
  • Provide residency and fellowship teaching in outpatient and inpatient areas
  • Build internal and external relationships for collaboration across the health system
  • Promote and provide a high-quality teaching environment
  • Initiate and contribute to clinical and research programs

Required skills

  • MD or DO from an accredited school
  • Eligible for Arizona State Medical Licensure
  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility through American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Urology or equivalent
  • Academic rank of Assistant or Associate Professor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to advocate for clinical, academic, and educational missions
  • Collaboration skills
