Overview

As a Group Travel Agent at Fly My Group, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to providing excellent customer service while managing group airfare for clients. This position requires building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their travel needs are met with precision and care.

Key responsibilities

  • Book, sell, and manage group airfare from beginning to end
  • Negotiate competitive group airfare rates and terms
  • Communicate and manage group bookings, deadlines, and invoices
  • Price shop and monitor group fares and itineraries
  • Provide exceptional support to customers via email and phone
  • Anticipate and respond to service issues and requests
  • Contribute to a supportive and positive team environment
  • Perform other duties that positively impact customers and the company

Required skills

  • Customer service experience in an office environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Microsoft, and online business tools
  • Strong problem-solving and basic math skills
  • GDS experience preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
