Crunch Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness/HIIT Instructor for its Fort Worth location. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company in the fitness industry, focusing on creating an engaging and fun environment for exercise while promoting a 'No Judgments' philosophy.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead group fitness classes in various formats including HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Yoga, and Pilates
  • Educate and motivate members about fitness and wellness
  • Ensure the safety of participants during workouts
  • Maintain a dynamic and enthusiastic class environment

Required skills

  • Experience in HIIT training, group fitness instruction, and various fitness genres
  • Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred
  • CPR Certified
  • Strong organization and motivational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
