Overview

The Graphic & Print Specialist at Rapid Deployable Systems, LLC plays a crucial role that bridges visual design and manufacturing. This position involves creating original graphics, preparing files for large-format printing, and developing technical documentation while collaborating closely with engineering and operations throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Create original graphics or adapt customer-supplied artwork into production-ready files for wide-format printing.
  • Maintain revision control and accurate documentation.
  • Gather content and create graphics for product labels, coordinating with engineering drawing requirements.
  • Author and update technical manuals for clarity and accuracy.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the HP 2700W+ wide-format printer.
  • Collaborate with production on the manufacturing of printed products.
  • Support R&D and contribute to continuous improvement in design, materials, and processes.

Required skills

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite in a professional or production context.
  • Willingness to learn Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor.
