Overview

The Global Process Owner (GPO) will oversee the governance and optimization of the Source-to-Pay processes following a significant ERP transformation. This role focuses on driving process standardization and operational excellence while ensuring the adoption of best practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and govern end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes globally.
  • Drive process standardization and compliance across regions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
  • Manage process exceptions and support governance decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, compliance, and user experience.
  • Maintain global process documentation and standards.
  • Evaluate process changes and assess business impacts.
  • Promote adoption of ERP best practices and standard functionality.
  • Partner with business leaders and regional stakeholders.
  • Influence adoption of standardized processes and operating models.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on process strategy and performance.
  • Review and approve process enhancements and change requests.
  • Drive process maturity, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.

Required skills

  • Experience owning and improving Source-to-Pay or ERP-enabled business processes
  • Strong understanding of process governance, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership in a global environment
  • Experience supporting ERP platforms, ideally Oracle Fusion or SAP
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
