Overview

LUV Car Wash is seeking a General Manager for its Warminster location to oversee all site operations, including staff recruitment, customer service, and sales management. The role focuses on creating a strong team culture while driving local sales and ensuring operational compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop all teammates.
  • Create a culture of accountability for LUV's operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding and training processes.
  • Provide ongoing development and coaching to AGMs and high-potential teammates.
  • Collaborate with HR on disciplinary issues.
  • Partner with the District Manager to drive sales and community outreach.
  • Manage customer inquiries and follow up on action items.
  • Review and approve payroll information on time.
  • Create weekly schedules and manage site labor.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling complaints effectively.
  • Maintain communication with Facilities for equipment maintenance.

Required skills

  • Management experience (minimum of three years required)
  • Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • HS Diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor's Degree in related field a plus
