Job Description

Overview

AtlantiCare Health System is seeking board-eligible or board-certified Gastroenterologists to join their growing Gastroenterology Division. This new division is focused on enhancing patient outcomes through innovation, research, and a commitment to excellent patient care as they work towards their Vision 2030 goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of faculty, clinicians, and staff
  • Expand advanced GI services, including endoscopy and both inpatient and outpatient care
  • Serve as a hands-on leader in managing complex GI cases
  • Drive strategic growth for the GI service line in collaboration with system leadership and the community

Required skills

  • Board eligibility or certification in Gastroenterology
  • Advanced endoscopy training
  • Experience in multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Strong knowledge in advanced GI services such as Pancreatobiliary, Motility, and IBD
