Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations. Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.Responsibilities Provide Excellent Customer Service.
