Overview

Altra Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative for their Holmen, WI office. This role involves being the first point of contact for members, providing excellent service, and handling various financial transactions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping people and building relationships in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet members and assist with daily banking needs including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  • Process transactions accurately and comply with credit union policies
  • Promote credit union products and services
  • Assist members with in-branch technology as needed
  • Maintain member confidentiality and security procedures
  • Resolve member questions or concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports
  • Support other branch functions as required

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, preferably in financial services
  • Cash handling or teller experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and professionalism
  • Technology proficiency to assist members with digital services
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is a plus
