Overview

Legacy Communities IV LLC is seeking a Full Time Community Manager to oversee and manage multiple manufactured home communities. This role involves ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the communities while fostering a positive environment for residents and visitors. The position also includes sales responsibilities for homes within the communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of manufactured home communities
  • Collect monthly rent payments and enforce park rules
  • Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with fair housing guidelines
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and develop community relationships
  • Process resident applications and handle evictions with local counsel
  • Sell park owned and brokered homes, ensuring accurate online representation
  • Schedule and conduct open house showings and property tours
  • Manage leads and update CRM within specified timelines
  • Assist with home sales closings and related documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of property management experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
