Overview

Legacy Communities is seeking a Full Time Community Manager to oversee and manage a manufactured home community in Florida. The role involves daily operational management, ensuring a positive environment for residents and visitors, and sales management for both park-owned and brokered homes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the community
  • Collect monthly rent payments and enforce park rules
  • Maintain resident files and ensure confidentiality
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and develop community relationships
  • Process resident applications in adherence to fair housing guidelines
  • Collaborate with local counsel for eviction processes
  • Maintain property appearance and coordinate with outside vendors
  • Actively sell inventory and brokered homes, display homes on websites
  • Schedule appointments for home tours and open houses
  • Enter lead information into CRM promptly and maintain communication
  • Prepare closing documents and conduct home sale closings

Required skills

  • High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
  • At least three years of property management experience
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with problem-solving abilities
