Overview

Legacy Communities IV LLC is seeking a Full Time Community Manager to oversee and manage a manufactured home community, ensuring a positive environment for visitors, residents, and staff. The role includes responsibilities in community management and sales of park-owned homes, focusing on cultivating relationships and maintaining community standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufactured home community
  • Collect monthly rent payments and enforce park rules
  • Maintain resident files and ensure confidentiality
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain community relations
  • Process resident applications and adhere to fair housing guidelines
  • Manage sales of inventory and brokered homes, including conducting home tours
  • Document all lead interactions in CRM and maintain lead communication
  • Ensure properties are show-ready and maintain accurate records
  • Work with local counsel and regional management on evictions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
  • At least three years of Property Management experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Organized and self-motivated with effective time management skills
  • Integrity and reliability in the workplace
