Job Description: About the Role We are seeking a dependable Facility Security Officer (FSO) to manage day-to-day security operations, physical plant security, and NISPOM compliance in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with the Director of Security to maintain facility integrity, manage clearances, and ensure complete DoD compliance.Must-Have Qualification sActive Security Clearance: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance .DoD & NISPOM Expertise: Thorough, working knowledge of NISPOM guidelines and DoD security requirements .In-depth experience using DISS, JPAS, e-QIP, eFCL, and NISP to process personnel clearances and visit requests .Comfortable managing physical plant security, responding to alarm notifications, and working directly on the floor with personnel .
