Founded through the merger of Mind the Gap Labor Services and TINC Productions, we bring more than 30 years of expertise to every project. Our crews support everything from theatrical builds and concerts to large-scale marketing activations, corporate events, and immersive experiences. We install scenic and technical elements such as staging, lighting, sound, temporary structures, event furniture, and branded environments. At OLS, we believe projects succeed when crews are respected, fairly paid, and properly supported. Our in-house project managers handle logistics and communication - so our freelance professionals can focus on delivering exceptional work on-site. We don't just fill shifts. We build crews. Roles We're Hiring: Carpentry LeadsCarpentersFinish CarpentersForklift OperatorsKey Responsibilities Accountability & Reliability: Show up prepared and on time, follow through on commitments, and take ownership when something goes wrong.Adaptability: Stay flexible and productive when plans, priorities, crews, or jobsite conditions change.Teamwork: Pitch in where needed, support fellow crew members, and prioritize the crew's success over individual preference or credit.Respect: Treat clients, venue staff, supervisors, and fellow crew members professionally and respectfully, even under pressure.Communication: Communicate clearly and proactively, ask questions when direction is unclear, and raise problems early enough for the team to respond.
