Overview

Emery Jensen Distribution, LLC is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their team in Oak Brook, Illinois. The FP&A Manager will collaborate with the FP&A Director to oversee new business ROI models, customer agreement proposals, and contribute to the development of the annual financial budget and monthly projections, while managing a team of analysts.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of new customer financial modeling and long-term purchasing agreements.
  • Contribute to financial planning and budgeting activities, including annual budget and monthly projections.
  • Analyze monthly operational and financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
  • Develop and manage financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.

Required skills

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in accounting/finance.
  • Solid analytical background with logical methods.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very strong staff leadership skills.
  • Ability to challenge existing practices and formulate new approaches.
  • Expertise in ROI, financial analysis, and modeling techniques.
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP & BPC/EPM, Power BI.
