Finance Manager, P&L AnalysisWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager, P&L Analysis. This pivotal role will be focused on gaining a deep understanding of every facet of the P&L with the goal of maximizing profits and minimizing losses. P&L Manager will analyze labor, equipment, and other costs with the intent of developing strategies to improve profitability while gaining an understanding of all P&L line items. This manager plays a key role in feeding field facing FP&A team with key drivers to business performance.Key Responsibilities:Deep dive into various expense categories (e.g., labor and equipment) to understand trends, identify variances, and provide insights to senior managementProactively identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability through expense management initiativesTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) related to expenses and provide regular updates on performance against budget and forecastWork closely with various departments to gather data, understand spending patterns, and drive alignment on expense management strategiesProvide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making related to expense management, resource allocation, and overall business performanceDevelop and maintain complex financial models to assess the impact of different spending scenarios, evaluate potential investments, and support strategic decision-makingCollaborating cross-functionally with various departments (e.g., operations, accounting, finance) to align strategies and achieve financial targets.Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, communicating financial results and insightsIdentify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracyMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, with a proven track record in a managerial roleComprehensive understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and advanced financial analysis techniquesExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skillsStrong leadership and communication abilities, with experience presenting financial data to senior stakeholdersAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Oracle EPM, Oracle Analytics and Power BI preferred.Preferred Qualifications:CPA, MBA, or other advanced financial certificationFamiliarity with the company industryApplication Instructions:Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and any relevant certifications.
