Overview

P&M Caseworks, LLC is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead a team of 10 in a custom woodworking shop focused on high-quality cabinetry, countertops, and architectural millwork. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing workflows, and ensuring quality control while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a crew of 10 in daily operations
  • Oversee CNC operations and woodworking machinery
  • Manage workflow, scheduling, and quality control
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety
  • Coordinate with ownership on production goals and improvements
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

Required skills

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in woodworking/millwork manufacturing
  • 3-5 years managing or leading a manufacturing/production team
  • Strong experience with CNC machines
  • Familiarity with AWI standards
  • Solid understanding of cabinetry, countertops, and custom millwork processes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects
