Overview

The Food and Nutrition Manager at CoxHealth is responsible for leading and managing retail and clinical operations within the Food and Nutrition Services Department. This role encompasses planning, directing, and evaluating food production while ensuring high-quality service and implementing improvement initiatives.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Completion of an ACEND approved dietetic internship or coordinated undergraduate program
  • Previous supervisory and management experience
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Registered Dietitian with State Licensure
  • Maintains registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change
