Columbia Healthcare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for their outpatient clinic in Shenandoah, PA. The position involves providing full-scope family medicine care to patients of all ages in a supportive team environment within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) framework.
