Location: Jackson, NJ - (Ocean County) Position Type: Full-Time, Mon Fri (No weekends!) Compensation: $25 $35/hr. + Benefits (Depending on experience)About UsWe run a clean, organized, fully equipped and busy diesel repair shop in Jackson, N.J. We handle everything from medium-duty commercial trucks to heavy-duty fleets and equipment. If you have the drive, we will give you the complex diagnostics, internal engine work, and mentorship needed to get you to a higher pay tier.What You Will Do (Responsibilities):Perform intermediate diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical, air brakes, hydraulic systems, and HVAC systems.Handle component swaps, including starters, alternators, water pumps, injectors, turbochargers, fuel pumps, engines, etc.Conduct steering, suspension, and brake system repairs.Complete comprehensive preventative maintenance inspections and accurately document findings.Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace. What We Are Looking For:Experience: 2 to 5 years minimum of professional hands-on diesel or heavy equipment repair experience.Tools: Must have your own roll cart/toolbox and standard trade tools.Skills: Strong understanding of standard medium/heavy-duty truck systems. Scan tool experience is a major plus.Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
