Overview

Honda Cars of Aiken is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to ensure customer retention and profitability within the sales department. This role involves collaborating with Sales Consultants to enhance the customer experience and facilitating financing options to finalize sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, and aftermarket products
  • Find competitive rates to encourage customer purchases
  • Process applications for vehicle financing and assist customers in obtaining approvals
  • Verify correctness and proper filing of all paperwork
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure various program options
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Train the sales team on financing programs to promote them effectively
