Overview

Bicycle Transit Systems Inc is seeking a Field Technician for Madison BCycle. This full-time role involves maintaining bike share systems, providing customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the e-bike program while working primarily outdoors.

Key responsibilities

  • Swap electric bike batteries
  • Balance the bike system by moving e-bikes
  • Provide customer service and answer questions
  • Drive a Ford Transit or equivalent van for daily tasks
  • Perform bike maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Maintain and troubleshoot bike stations
  • Collect and enter data as required
  • Assist with events and bike setups
  • Adapt to changing roles and tasks
