Our Field Operations Coordinator keeps stores running and people growing, covering shifts across all nine locations and owning the training and certification of Delivery Drivers, Pizza Makers and Shift Leader candidates.You'll be responsible for:Serving as the first call for callouts and no-shows at any locationRunning coverage shifts to the same standard expected of a General ManagerExecuting new hire training paths for drivers, pizza makers, and shift leader candidatesConducting ride-alongs, side-by-side station training, and shift leader debriefsReporting training progress and operational observations to the Director of OperationsWhat we're looking for:Prior QSR or pizza operations experience, ideally at shift leader level or aboveStrong coaching instincts.
