Overview

Primary Care Physician (Adult Family Medicine) We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Care Physician to join our established and patient-focused practice in Ellicott City, Maryland. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality "bread and butter" primary care within a supportive environment that prioritizes work-life balance and excellent patient outcomes. Schedule & LocationLocation: Ellicott City, MD Status: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Office Hours: Monday Thursday: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM Fridays: 7:30 AM 1:00 PM (Enjoy early weekend starts!) Key Responsibilities The physician will manage a varied panel of adult patients, focusing on comprehensive, continuous care: Provide full-scope Primary Care services for adult patients ages 18 and older. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute/chronic outpatient conditions; conduct annual physicals, routine preventative care, and manage chronic diseases (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia). Perform well-woman exams and provide associated women's health screening and counseling. Maintain a manageable patient volume, seeing an average of 1822 patients per day. Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation, completing all electronic health records (EHR) charts within 48 hours of the patient visit. Collaborate with support staff and specialists to coordinate complete patient care. QualificationsRequired: Medical Degree (MD or DO). Required: Current, unrestricted medical license in the State of Maryland (or eligible to obtain). Required: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Experience: Preferably at least 1 year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient primary care setting. Highly motivated new graduates are also welcome to apply.
