Key responsibilities

  • Manage 20-25 active family law cases, including dissolution, custody, and third-party rights
  • Provide legal advocacy for clients with a focus on high-net-worth issues and business valuations
  • Collaborate with a proactive support team and contribute to team strategy meetings
  • Engage in mentorship programs and continuous learning opportunities
  • Participate in firm-sponsored conferences and CLE requirements

Required skills

  • Minimum 2 years of Arizona family law experience
  • Strong litigation and client management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a settlement-focused but trial-ready mindset
  • Experience handling cases for high-net-worth clients
