Job Description

Overview

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) seeks an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee the execution of performance expectations, safety compliance, and quality management in facility operations. The role requires effective coordination of maintenance, custodial, and support services while ensuring client satisfaction through outstanding service delivery and communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage safety compliance for all facility work performed by staff and contractors
  • Develop and oversee project and vendor bidding processes
  • Create and maintain a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork
  • Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for critical assets
  • Execute corrective and emergency maintenance in compliance with performance metrics
  • Serve as primary contact for government and corporate management
  • Manage inventory levels and records for critical assets
  • Oversee employee work schedules and ensure adequate support for technical work
  • Enforce professional and safety regulations and manage personnel issues
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely reporting and feedback analysis
  • Facilitate communication between departments and vendors
  • Conduct audits and inspections as per contract requirements
  • Fulfill hiring requirements and compliance with relevant agreements

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in applicable disciplines or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Operations and Maintenance/Facilities Management
  • Strong understanding of building systems including MEP, fire protection, and life safety
  • Experience in managing support activities like custodial services
  • Knowledge of Service Request Desk Operations and CMMS systems
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in managing contracts, budgets, and schedules
  • Familiarity with BAS and BMS platforms
  • Experience with CMMS platforms, preferably Maximo
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check
  • PMP certification preferred
