Job Description

Overview

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee facility operations, maintenance, and support services in compliance with contract performance expectations. This role emphasizes teamwork, quality, safety, and excellent customer service in a government and commercial service environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage safety compliance of all work performed at the facility by staff and vendors
  • Develop and oversee project and vendor bidding per government requirements
  • Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for critical assets
  • Execute corrective and emergency maintenance according to performance metrics
  • Analyze and mitigate risks associated with daily work
  • Serve as primary point of contact for government and corporate management
  • Maintain inventory levels and records for all critical assets
  • Manage employee work schedules and ensure adequate technical support
  • Enforce professional and safety regulations while addressing personnel issues
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely and accurate reporting
  • Facilitate inter-departmental communication across trades and vendors
  • Create assessment plans and conduct audits in support of quality control
  • Fulfill hiring requirements and compliance with bargaining agreements

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, work experience considered
  • Minimum of 10 years in Operations and Maintenance/Facilities Management
  • Strong understanding of building systems and life safety systems
  • Experience managing office moves, custodial services, and grounds maintenance
  • Familiarity with Service Request Desk Operation and data tracking systems
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in managing contracts, budgets, and schedules
  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS platforms
  • Valid state's driver's license required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • OSHA 30 Training preferred
