Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine physical health needs, formulate therapeutic treatment plans, and set achievable recovery goals.Implement individualized therapeutic activities and practices that promote recovery from physical injuries or illnesses, incorporating both traditional and evidence-based modalities.Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation protocols, self-management techniques, and health maintenance strategies to foster independence.Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet dynamic needs and ensure optimal outcomes.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive patient care strategies, ensuring integration of physical therapy with other therapeutic interventions.Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about the latest rehabilitation practices and technologies.
