Worxweb Solutions is seeking an Experienced Moving Brokerage Sales Representative to join their team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This full-time, onsite role focuses on converting qualified inbound moving leads into booked jobs using Granot. The position is commission-based, rewarding high performance directly through earnings from closed deals.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound moving leads and guide prospects from initial quote to booked job
  • Accurately build and price moves using Granot
  • Manage objections and follow up with undecided prospects
  • Leave effective voicemails to generate callbacks
  • Consistently track pipeline activity and performance metrics

Required skills

  • Hands-on experience with Granot
  • Prior moving brokerage experience
  • Strong background in commission-based inbound sales
  • Ability to close in a high-call-volume environment
  • Strong call management skills, including objection handling
  • Reliable transportation to the Pompano Beach office
