Overview

Vivid Mortgages Inc is seeking an Experienced Mortgage Loan Processor in Queens Village, NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the loan process and helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and analyze loan applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate the loan process
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting approval
  • Maintain communication with all parties throughout the loan process
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during processing
  • Utilize mortgage processing software to track loan status and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

Required skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in mortgage loan processing (broker channel required)
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations
  • Proficient in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
  • Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
