Key Job Duties For This Role Include:Executive AssistantManage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination.Oversee executive email management, expenses, and reporting.Execute high-level personal and professional support tasks to maximize executive efficiency.Coordinate quotes, orders, and organization of key materials (marketing assets, samples, cartons, etc.).Lead project management and strategic follow-through on executive initiatives.Serve as a cross-functional liaison to ensure alignment and timely execution across teamsSales Team SupportLead project management for critical Sales Team initiatives (e.g., team shipping support, farm visits, key account deliverables).Support retailer relationships through coordination of holiday timing, product samples, and promotional needs.Champion structured project management within a cross-functional sales environment.Identify inefficiencies and implement improved processes to enhance team performance.Coordinate logistics, materials, and communications supporting sales execution.Trade Show ExecutionDetermine yearly trade show engagement, investment and execution planCreate compelling marketing materials, product catalogs, samples or digital assets to showcase our products and brand story to Retail Buyers.Collaborate with cross-functional commercial teams to create persuasive presentations, demos and sales collateral for trade show eventsManage budget allocation, forecast, vendor relationships and timelinesAct as a brand spokesperson and advocate in external communicationsYou'll Really Wow Us If:Self-starter and self-manager: We are looking for someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and gets things done consistently on time.
