Job Description: Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION STARS Charter School is a K-8 public charter school serving students in Moore County, North Carolina. We are seeking a dedicated Exceptional Children (EC) Teacher who values strong relationships, clear structure, and high expectations while supporting students with diverse learning needs. The EC Teacher at STARS works collaboratively with general education teachers, service providers, and families to ensure students receive appropriate supports and access to high-quality instruction. We believe effective EC services balance compliance, instructional skill, and a deep commitment to understanding each child as an individual. This position serves students across grades 5-8. Assignment and caseload will be determined based on licensure, student needs, and school structure.
