Faith Technologies is looking for an Excellerate Electrician to join their team in Tuskegee Institute, Alabama. This role involves electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, all while adhering to safety protocols and collaborating effectively with team members. Key responsibilities

  • Layout conduit systems and various lighting systems
  • Analyze blueprints effectively
  • Ensure projects meet specifications and accuracy expectations
  • Maintain workstation, tools, and manufacturing environment
  • Follow workplace safety procedures
  • Participate in toolbox talks and safety audits
  • Identify and report unsafe acts and conditions
  • Drive and sustain lean manufacturing principles
  • Manage materials effectively
  • Provide technical assistance and mentorship to team members
  • Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections
  • Work as part of a cohesive team with minimal supervision
  • Maintain compliance with safety requirements and the National Electric Code (NEC)
  • Complete projects on time and within budget
  • Coach and inspire apprentices to exceed expectations
  • Participate in hiring referral and mentoring programs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
