Overview

Faith Technologies is looking for an Excellerate Electrician I to take on responsibilities related to electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Key responsibilities

  • Layout conduit systems and various lighting systems
  • Analyze blueprints effectively
  • Ensure projects meet specifications and accuracy expectations
  • Maintain a clean and safe workstation, tools, and job site
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and ensure safe practices
  • Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment needs
  • Participate in safety audits and toolbox talks
  • Identify, correct, and report unsafe acts or conditions
  • Drive and sustain lean manufacturing principles
  • Manage materials effectively
  • Provide technical assistance and mentorship to team members
  • Install motor feeders and standard motor connections
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Maintain compliance with safety requirements
  • Troubleshoot basic electrical systems according to NEC
  • Complete projects on time and within budget
